You must also identify your device with your full name before joining. You will be placed into a virtual waiting room until all parties are present. IMPORTANT NOTICE

       The presence of anyone other than the authorized and/or registered participants without the consent of the Court may be considered contempt of court. Any recording of the video conference, including screenshots, is prohibited and shall be considered contempt of court.

SCHEDULE A VIDEO CONFERENCE/HEARING

If you are an attorney having a civil or domestic case allotted to Division A, click the “Schedule Conference/Hearing” button below to schedule a video status conference or a hearing.  Before scheduling any conference, you are required to confer with all other attorneys and/or self-represented litigants in your matter when possible to coordinate full participation by all involved.  The court will not conduct the conference unless all parties are present to participate or a waiver of appearance has been received.  A hearing cannot be held without proper notice to all parties.

IMPORTANT: When a hearing date is requested using this online scheduler, the matter will not be set on the court’s docket until the order setting the matter has been filed with the clerk and signed by the judge.
